fitme.jobs is an innovative, evidence-based, soft-skill assessment and matching platform that precisely measures work values.

Developed in collaboration with SIOP fellow Joeri Hofmans, professor IO psychology at VUB (BE), and Tim Judge, Joseph A. Alutto Chair in Leadership Effectiveness, Ohio State University (USA).
